The map shows the locations of all the orienteering maps available for the training camps. |

For the Praia de Mira Area, the main training places (1 to 5) are located within 0 to 20 min by car from the proposed accommodation. As you can expect some of the areas are reachable by foot. |

For the Ovar Area, the main training places (6) are located within 0 to 5 min by car from the proposed accommodation. The proposed accommodation is on the edge of the map furadouro. |

This area can also be accessibly by car from Praia de Mira. |

In all the maps the runnability is very good and there are little undergrowth, varying from areas of regular sandy dunes, where high speed running is possible, to areas with lot of contours details, where your navigational skills will be tested. |

Training is also possible in São Pedro do Sul, the village that held Portugal "O" Meeting 2007. Here the maps are different from the other training areas. Many rock formations makes this maps very good for precise orienteering navigation training. |

For the Alto Alentejo Region, the center is in Castelo de Vide, but we have maps spread all around the region. |
